Field Visit (14 June 2009 - 14 June 2009)

A small group of three shieling mounds are situated in a broad basin above a ravine on the Allt Gleadhrach (NOSAS site survey numbers 1141 – 1143). They are located within 100m of each other on both sides of the burn.

Further details of these and other associated sites can be found in the Strathconon Phase 4 Report (page 43) produced by the North of Scotland Archaeology Society and appended to this record.
