Field Visit (17 January 2009 - 14 March 2009)

A single small farmstead building, a boundary dyke and an un-inscribed milestone (NOSAS site survey numbers 1024 – 1026) are located on the NW side of the River Meig, some 100m SW the large stone known as Clach Loundrain (NMRS No NH25SE_2.

Further details of these and other associated sites can be found in the Strathconon Phase 4 Report (page 30) produced by the North of Scotland Archaeology Society and appended to this record.
