Archaeology Notes

HY21SW 29 2247 1272

There is an extensive area of peat cutting recorded on oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 2009) to the E of the confluence of the Selta and Mousland burns. Within the area of peat cutting, on the S bank of the Burn of Mousland at least six pits are also visible.
