(NO 28714 05671). A World War II road block is situated on the E side of the road overbridge at the S end of the site of Falkland Road Station (NO20NE 63). The remains consist of a large concrete block with a 23m stretch of anti tank wall.
The War Office map (WO 166/3609) annotates this as Road Block 9.
