Construction (1976 - 30 May 1980)
A development of two ten-storey tower blocks built as public housing for (City of) Aberdeen District Council. The blocks contain a total of 113 dwellings. The contractor for the development was Alexander Hall and Son (Builders) Ltd. Construction started in 1976.
