Construction (1962 - 16 June 1965)
Four twelve-storey point blocks built as a public housing development at Hazlehead for Aberdeen Borough Council. The blocks contain 184 dwellings in total. The contractor for the development was W. J. Anderson Ltd. Construction began in 1962.
