Commission And Contract (1965)

A development of four 23-storey slab blocks with balcony access built as public housing by Dundee Borough Council. The tower blocks were part of a scheme to develop the Maxwelltown central area. They consist of 440 dwellings in total. Construction was approved by committee in 1965. The consulting architects for the development were Burke, Martin & Partners. The contractor was Charles Gray (Builders) Ltd.
