Watching Brief (August 2007 - November 2008)
An archaeological watching brief was carried out during the development of a site at Guild Street/Market Street, Aberdeen. The work consisted of monitoring limited ground breaking works associated with a water extraction pit and service trenches. Limited fragmentary remains of 20th century buildings were identified during the watching brief but no further features or artefacts of archaeological significance.
