(Classified as Auxiliary Lugsail [lugger]: no cargo specified, but registration cited as BCK 286, and date of loss as 26 August 1926). Concora: this vessel caught fire, was towed, and run ashore near Chicken Rock, Stornoway. Capt. Smith.

Registration: Buckie. Built 1899. 34grt. Length: 22m. Beam: 5m.

(Location of loss cited as N58 10.67 W6 15.50).

The location assigned to this record is essentially tentative. Chicken Rock is not noted on the 1997 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map, but the name presumably refers to the prominent isolated rock of A' Chreac.
