NLO: Fladda-chuain [name: NG 361 815]

Sound of Raasay [name centred NG 55 55].

(Classified as Steam Drifter: registration number cited as A 874, and date of loss as 28 September 1919). Eagle: this vessel stranded on a reef at [the] West end of Fladdachuain [Fladda-chuain], or Eilean Fladday.

The location assigned to this record is essentially tentative. An alternative location on Eilean Fladday [name centred NG 588 510] immediately W of Raasay is implied by Whittaker, but is not accepted as this island is alligned N-S, and has no West end as such.
