Situated within a pedestrian area at The Cross, set on a circualr stone plinth bronze statues of Burns and Wilson with between the standing figures two further heads on bases.
Close by is a marble-faced plaque for the monument which was unveiled by the HRH The Princess Royal on 27th September 1995.
