NH 8049 7172 - NH 7972 7207 A desk-based assessment and walk-over survey were carried out during October 2006 at Bishop's Walk, Nigg, in advance of the construction of a footpath. The route may be an ancient one, following the valley of the burn. A substantial causeway of uncertain date was noted, running along the side of a natural valley towards the sea.

Report to be lodged with Highland SMR and Library Service, and NMRS; archive will be deposited with RCAHMS.

Sponsor: Nigg and Shandwick Community Council.
