Architecture Notes

NS57SW 287 5135 7136

No 44 Inchfad Drive was built 1953-4 and demolished c1998. The block consisted of a single tenement containing eight flats over four-storeys. As of 2007 the site remained undeveloped, but low-rise housing similar to other recent developments in the area is likely.

Information from RCAHMS (MH, ITMP), May 1980 and February 2008.

For neighbouring blocks see NS57SW 286 (4, 6, 8, 10 Kelly Place) and NS57SW 288 (34, 36, 38, 40 Inchfad Drive).
