This peat-stack stance lies on the E side of the trackway climbing the hillside to the W of the Burn of Edramucky. It now lies within the fenced area of the Ben Lawers Nature Trail, and it comprises a roughly rectangular enclosure open at the N (uphill) end. This area was also surveyed in 1994 by the Association of Certificated Field Archaeologists (see also NN63NW 27), who recorded a group of six stances in this area, but the others were not visible on the date of visit.
