These are outlets of the waste water tunnels from Mugdock straining well (NS57NE 63.05) on the left and from Craigmaddie straining well (NS57NE 61.04) and overflow (NS57NE 61.08) on the right. The waste water flows from here into Tannoch loch (NS57NE 63.26).
