Two storey house with slated roof immediately NE of early 20th century warehouse (NO75NW 46) on E side of Meridian Street. The NE gable is angled probably to accommodate another building to the N.
The building is depicted on the 2nd edition of the OS 25-inch map (Forfarshire, sheet 35, 1903), which shows the house as part of a row of four other properties subsequently demolished (c.1905), to build the warehouse.
