This oval hut is situated on a grassy ridge on the S of Eilean nan Each, in an area occupied on the date of visit by ground nesting birds. The hut is oval on plan and measures 2.1m from NNW to SSE by 1.6m transversely within faced rubble footings 0.8m in thickness and 0.6m in height. A small subrectangular pen is butted against the SSE end and measures 0.9m by 0.8m internally.
