NO 1320 3320 SUAT Ltd were commissioned to conduct an archaeological watching brief during the stripping of topsoil during the construction of an access route to a new house built within the grounds of the existing garden. The work was requested due to the possibility that the access road may have crossed the projected route of a possible Roman or Medieval road. However, the topsoil strip did not uncover any archaeological remains.
