Activities

Field Visit (13 May 2015)

The remains of the Finnieston Ferry terminal on the N bank of the River Clyde comprises a set of stone steps that provided access to the water’s edge for foot passengers and, immediately to the E, the ruinous steam-driven, elevating deck system that enabled access to the double-deck ferry at any state of the tide level.

Visited by RCAHMS (AGCH) 13 May 2015.
