Boathouse and slipway observed in AP.

The badly dilapidated remains of a jetty, comprising 1m in width by 55m in length and comprising two rows of uprights leaning towards each other and composed of roughly dressed boulders 1m apart by up to 1m in upstanding height.

The boathouse constructed from clinker wood with a corrugated iron roof measures 10m in length by 7.5 m in width. In places the..... from slipway rails can be seen amongst the marsh vegetation.
