The cropmarks of a curving alignment of at least twenty-five irregularly-spaced pits have been recorded about 230m S of Cambusmichael and 80m S of the possible rectangular timber buildings NO13SW 48. The alignment, which includes several relatively large pits, follows the edge of what appears to be deeper alluvium for a distance of about 150m.
