Lossiemouth, 17th Jan. The DRIVER, of Fraserburgh, from Sunderland to Tain Firth, with coals, stranded yesterday at Hilton [of Cadboll], near Tabetness [Tarbat Ness] lighthouse, and is likely to become a complete wreck.

Registration: Banff. Built 1863. 63 tons burthern. Length: 20m. Beam: 5m.

(Location of loss cited as N57 46.00 W3 53.50).
