This rectangular building is situated in a field of rough pasture 300m SW of Ballintomb farmsteading. Its E end has been removed and much of its N side is obscured by heaps of field-cleared stones, but the visible remains measure at least 10.5m from E to W by 5.5m transversely over footings up to 0.3m in height.
