Archaeology Notes

NO12SW 75 c. 117 245

NO 21 07 in the Museum Index is a stone axe 4 1/8" in length, dug up during the excavatin of a sand pit on the North Inch in 1920. The pit was four feet deep, but the exact depth at which the axe lay is not known.

This stone axe (PMAG: 2107) is held in Perth Museum.
