Pentland Firth [name centred ND 35 81].

Huna, 19th Sept. The HALLS, of Perth, Hall, from Liverpool to a Baltic port, with 250 tons salt, got ashore upon St. John's Point in the Pentland Frith [Firth], this morning, and sunk in between 7 and 8 fathoms of water: crew saved: the vessel will no doubt be a total wreck.

Huna is not noted as such on the 1999 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map, but the Ness of Huna is at ND 363 738.
