Situated within Unit 2 and on the S side of Edingham Industrial estate are a group of buildings which include a large canteen, gun-cotton and general goods loading stations, laboratory, and acid plant along with some office buildings. At the E end of the buildings is a large generator house.
Constructed mainly of brick, with concrete and wood.
Immediately to the N were a series of Cordite Milling houses.
Connected to the National Railway system by standard guage railway sidings.
The buildings are still in use.
