A head-dyke, some lazy beds, a small cairn and a pen are situated on the gentle lower slopes of Tom a' Mhaide overlooking Bay Sletta to the N. The head-dyke, which is a collapsed drystone wall, extends from the head of Sloc Chiasigeo on the W to the burn that runs into Bay Sletta on the E (NL 5555 8388), turning N alongside the burn for about 100m before crossing it to run out on a narrow promontory that juts out into Bay Sletta at this point. The small cairn, which measures some 3.7m in diameter and 0.3m in height, lies in the middle of the area enclosed on the gentle grassy slopes within the enclosure (MING03 5) and was previously identified by Branigan and Foster (2000). The lazy beds extend some 80m in length and are visible about 40m W of the head-dyke where it runs along the W bank of the burn. The pen (MING03 4) is built against the side S of the head-dyke about halfway between the burn and the geo. It measures 1.9m from NNE to SSW by 1.7m transversely within drystone walls 0.4m in height.
