This site was visited as part of the RCAHMS Scottish Farm Buildings Survey on 22 August 2000. The farmstead comprises a large complex of stone buildings, many with curved corrugated iron roofs. In addition to cattle sheds, two barns and two stable blocks, the buildings include a horse engine house, a freestanding hen house, a bothy and row of cart lodges.
