Archaeology Notes

ND34SW 100.02 ND 3031 4133 to 3041 4059

This wall, which has largely been reduced to a grass-grown spread of stones and small boulders, is part of the head-dyke around the farmsteads of Warehouse (ND34SW 100) and another (ND34SW 100.14), some 400m to the SSE, which is un-named. The wall extends further on the S than previously noted (Mercer 1985).
