NO10SE 7 c. 178 014

An Early Bronze Age bronze halberd - O'Riordain's type 6 - which was found in 1826 in Portmoak Moss (name: NO 178 014), was donated to the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) in 1829 by Lt-Col Millar in 1829 (Accession no. DJ 2). It measures 10 1/2" by 3 1/2".
