Situated within an area of permanent pasture between the head-dyke and a golf course 240m SW of Dalmunzie Hotel, there are the remains of a building measuring 11.2m NW-SE by 2.4m within wall-footings up to 0.6m in thickness and 0.3m in height. The structure has two compartments and at least one entrance in its SW side.
