Rotating Tower, 1992, Richard Horden

Competition win intended for St Enoch's Square, shelved for lack of funds and built with the Science Centre. Aerofoil section triple-columned tower, freely rotating, with lift to viewing platform. The whole complex, now floodlit, looks superb at night from the north bank.
