Archaeology Notes

NG53NE 160 5545 3515 (centred)

A sub-rectangular spread of stones was recorded here during a field survey of the Suisnish area of Raasay by ACFA, who have conducted surveys on the island every year since 1995. It measures 16m x 5m and may be the remains of a demolished house or structure, or the foundation platform for such a structure.
