This farmstead lies to either side of a modern fence on a narrow strip of badly drained ground and comprises four single-compartment buildings and a kiln with chambers on both its uphill and downhill sides.

Three of the buildings are set parallel to the contour and measure 13.9m by 5.5m, 11.3m by 5.2m and 10.8m by 5.1m respectively over stone wall-footings; the largest and smallest of these buildings have raised walkways along their downhill sides, and the former has the remains of what may be an earlier building or an outshot at its NW end.

The fourth building is set at right angles to the contour and measures 6.2m by 4.4m over boulder wall-footings.

The kiln lies immediately downslope; the bowl is 2.4m in diameter and the length over both chambers is 12.7m.
