Caber Feidh, Bracewell Stirling for Tullochs, 1996 (initial concept, Ian Begg, 1991) A compromised collaboration produced this courtyard housing development with pedimented centrepiece bearing the Council's arms in a heraldic clock motif. Overscaled and somewhat pompous, this urbanising development eclipses what survives of old Broadford, which can be glimpsed beyond the bypassed bridge winding up the road to Black Park. Church of Scotland, 1839-41 This successor to the Parish Church of Strath at Suardal holds its own as a decent 19th century building in a streetscape much eroded in recent decades. Repaired and re-glazed, 1884.
