Children's Centre, Eliburn, 1988, Lothian Regional Council Architects
A gingerbread house: a Hansel & Gretel building in light brick with red banding, with a wealth of interesting detail, including a carefully modelled and textured roof in tile and slates . Adult Training Centre, 1982, Lothian Regional Council Architects, is an enormous cottage pavilion, sharp red brick, buttresses and oversailing tiled roof. Inveralmond Community High School, Ladywell, 1977, Lothian Regional Council Architects, is elegant and crisp with concrete panels on a brick plinth, its long horizontality punctuated by its stair-towers and octagonal brick outshots containing halls.
