A building was recorded here as part of an archaeological desktop and walkover survey before a new water main was laid in the area. It is marked as roofed on the OS 1st edition map of the 1870s, but is not shown on the 2nd edition OS map of 1906. The remains of the building were visited and found to be 5m x 9m, with walls 0.5m wide and up to 1.4m high. It is built into the bank to the Nand forms part of field walls. There is a possible entrance to the SE.
