For previous section of anti-tank ditch see NO21NE 96.

The soilmark of a WW II anti-tank ditch is visible on vertical air photographs taken in 1946 (106G/Scot/UK 27, 3176-3177, flown 18 April 1946), traversing N from the pillbox at NO 24161 17988(NO21NW 163.01), to a point immediately N of the Cupar Road where it alters direction to the NW (NO 2407 1833), then through the playing field to the coast where it ended in a group of anti-tank blocks (NO21NW 163.02).

Much of the course of the ditch has now been built over by new houses in Robertson Crescent.
