Situated on a SE-facing terrace, about 390m N of Macmaridge steading, there are the remains of a sub-rectangular building measuring 8.5m NW-SE by 5.2m over a wall reduced to a bank 0.9m thick and 0.3m high.
The entrance may be situated at the N end of the SW wall, and at the NW end there is a small enclosure (6.6m NW-SE by 5.1m internally) which probably has an entrance at its SW corner.
