Nothing is now visible of a 'pile of sods' depicted at the foot of the gentle, W-face of the Hill of Oliclett on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet XXIX). The site lies in peaty heather moorland and is not shown on the 2nd edition of the map (1907, sheet XXIX).
