Desk Based Assessment (19 July 2011)

A desk based assessment of this building was made by RCAHMS Threatened Building Survey following a consent/planning application for demolition works at the site being approved by the local authority.

The site will be prioritised for a field visit by TBS staff.

Watching Brief (18 November 2011)

Archaeological mitigation works were carried out in relation to the grubbing out of the foundations of the Lamlash Community Hall, Arran.The archaeological works were designed to mitigate the impact on the archaeological remains within the development area. The mitigation works did not reveal any significant archaeological features or artefacts.

Photographic Survey (24 August 2014)

A photographic survey of this building was made by the RCAHMS Threatened Building Survey team in August 2011, following a recent application for the demolition of the building.
