Roofless, rectangular-plan, polychrome brick power house with circular stalk. Lathallan House formerly known as Laurence (or Lawrence) Park, was built in 1826 and designed by Thomas Hamilton. The power house, known simply as the 'gas works' to the current owner (2003), does not appear on a 1922 map held at Falkirk Library. (Historic Environment Scotland List Entry)
