This is a K6 style telephone box (also known as the Jubilee Kiosk) designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in 1935 to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of King George VI and were produced from 1936 -1968. This example was photographed to enhance the national record. This kiosk is still in use although the interior has been modified.
