NH43SW 55 44825 32659 and 44947 32590
There are two hut-circles, a scatter of small cairns and a shooting butt on a broad terrace above the W bank of the Allt a' Bhaile Uachdaraich. The NW hut-circle (URQ97 207; NH 44825 32659) stands within an enclosed pasture field, close to its N end. Oval on plan, it measures 9.9m from ENE to WSW by 6.7m transversely within a stony bank spread to 3m in thickness, and rising some 0.3m above the surface of the surrounding peat. The entrance is on the ENE, the interior has been disturbed and there is a possible robber trench dug along the line of the inner wall face on the SSE. The SE hut-circle stands to the E of the field, on the S side of a knoll (URQ97 208; NH 44947 32590). It measures 9.2m from NNE to SSW by 8.4m transversely within a stony bank 1.7m thick and 0.3m high, and the entrance is on the SSW. Although the hut-circle is obscured by peat and heather, a few possible facing-stones protrude from the bank. Between the two hut-circles there are at least six small cairns, all of them within the enclosed field. The shooting butt stands 140m to the WSW of the NW hut-circle, at NH 4468 3262.
