Archaeology Notes

NN90NW 4 c. 91 09.

'Flint arrowhead with barbs and stem, and flint knife and scraper, found on the farm of Drumfad, Blackford' were donated to the National Museum in 1883 by A G Reid of Auchterarder (Accession no: AD 578).

Proc Soc Antiq Scot 1883.

Enquiries at Drumfad revealed no knowledge of these finds. Nothing of archaeological interest has been found on the farm in recent years.
