Traces of the footings of at least four of the buildings and an enclosure are visible near a sheepfold to the E of the farmsteading of Upperton. The most complete building lies immediately S of the sheepfold. All of the buildings are shown roofed on the 1st edition OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1876, sheet xxviii).
