Standing Building Recording (21 January 2011 - 24 January 2011)

NS 7906 9404 Standing building recording was carried out, 21–24 January 2011, prior to the removal of part of a wall within the Guard House in the Lower Square of Stirling Castle, as part of refurbishment works. The survey of the section of wall recorded some original wall fabric with later lathe and plaster, a doorway and modern electrical and heating services.
