Masses well up to the corner of St Ninian's Road and the West Port, successful principally by reason of the geometry, the carefully contrived stone base-courses, plinths, sensitive landscaping, tree planting and timber spandrels to the windows. Modernised, 2004, by Cooper Cromar Architects.
