Totaig Ferry House, c.1820. The old ferryman's house, also formerly thatched, but with its rounded corners now corbelled out to support a deep, piended slate roof. Traditional Lochaber-type plan, with central ridge-stack dividing the two rooms. A side window permits observation of the Totaig slipway, which linked up with that on the north side of the loch, at Dornie.
