A late Bronze Age socketed axe, related to rectangular type, from Dunblane is now in Marieschal College Museum Aberdeen (NO247.4)

(Unclassified socketed axe). Single find. Socketed axe, rough sandy surface, black, casting flaw underneath loop, untrimmed; length 74mm, mouth 28 x 30mm, cutting edge 50mm, weight 160 gms. Anthropological Museum, Aberdeen (247.4 or 247).
